

In Loving Memory Bernice L. Lindley Bernice L. Lindley of Austin, TX went to Heaven peacefully January 21, 2004 with her daughter Robin and son-in-law Stewart by her side. Although born and raised in Evanston, IL Bernice lived in Houston for forty years before retiring to Austin, TX. In her younger years she was instrumental in bringing Le Crueset cookware to the United States. Then opening her retail businesses in the Houston area; Hermes, The Blue Key and Janices Boutique. Her two greatest loves were interior design, which she did with a flair and hosting great parties in her Houston home. No one ever left her presence without a smile. Mom, your sense of humor and captivating smile will be a fond remembrance in the hearts of those you touched throughout your lifetime, we thank you. Bernice is survived by her daughter Robin and husband Stewart of Austin, TX, daughter Nancy Lyles of Houston, TX, son Maurice (Skip) Lair of Kemah, TX and her Grand Dog Blanche of Austin, TX.
