

Bertha Mae was a homemaker, daughter, sister and aunt. She enjoyed traveling, bowling, long walks and working in her garden. Bertha Mae loved family get-togethers, holidays and was always up for late night bunko parties. Bertha Mae would put a smile on your face, always happy and enjoyed life, family and friends. Bertha Mae was also active with the Marble Falls VFW Ladies Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death by her father, Frank Morgan and mother, Erna (Stolle) Morgan.
Bertha Mae is survived by her sister, Carolyn Bingham; niece, Karen Hill; and nephew, Kurt Meyer.
The family will receive friends and family at 2:30 p.m., Friday, July 26, 2013 at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 3:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home. Interment will follow services at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Memorial Park.
Bertha Mae’s family would like to give a special thanks to all the staff members at Stonebridge Health Center and Odyssey Hospice. Thank you for all your loving concern and gentle care provided to Bertha Mae during her final days. We could not have made it without everyone’s love and support.
