Lois “Betsy” Weidler Orgitano Mazur, age 87, was born in Antes Fort, Pennsylvania on July 12, 1923 and passed away unexpectedly on July 2, 2011. She had been a resident of Austin, Texas for the past 67 years.
Betsy was a kind hearted, giving person. She loved to bake and enjoyed sharing her homemade goodies with others. She loved Blue Bell, Apple Pie and fresh brewed coffee. She is preceded in death by her husbands, Wideo Orgitano and John Mazur; and by her beloved son, Woody Orgitano. Betsy is survived by her daughters, Bonnie Palmer (John), Ann Pannell (Billy); grandchildren, Scott Palmer, Anthony Orgitano, Stacey Palmer Odom, Greg Pannell, Jason Pannell, Todd Pannell; and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm Tuesday, July 5, 2011at Weed-Corley-Fish, 2620 South Congress. Graveside Service 10:00 am on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at Assumption Mausoleum Chapel.
