Betty Lou Randall, age 90, of Austin passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2008. She was born August 18, 1917 in Silver Lake, Kansas to Chapman and Flossie Maupin. Betty enjoyed golfing and was a longtime member of the Eastern Star. She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Lax; grandsons, Derron Lax and his wife Zoanna and Brian Lax and his wife Patrice; great-grandchildren, Zachary and Julianne; sister, Ann Jones; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 25th at Austin Memorial Park.
