

She was predeceased by her father, Cardinal Sullivan and her mother, Eva Freeman Sullivan. She graduated from Austin High School and attended University of Texas. She joined the U.S Air Force during the Korean War and was stationed at McCord Air Force Base in Tacoma, Washington.
She sold insurance for Bankers Life and Casualty Company for 13 years. She worked for Sheldon Real Estate as an associate and later became a Realtor through the Austin Board of Realtors in business for herself. In 1968 she started Austin Tax Service which is still in business. Over the years, Beverly was generous with her time helping people from many walks of life with their real estate, insurance and taxes.
Beverly is survived by her friend and business associate, Pat Lindgren of Austin, special cousin Dorothy Payne of California and Dorothy’s children Tina, Tammy and John of California, and Joann Pratka of Humble, TX and many cousins.
She is an avid animal lover and she adopted a dog named “Precious” in October 2014 and truly loved her.
The family wants to thank Dr. Demetrius Loukas for all the fine care of Beverly over the years.
