Bradley Alexander Bohn, born July 18, 2006, died on September 1, 2006 while under the care of the medical staff at the Seton Medical Center neonatal intensive care unit. He joined his twin big sister, J.J. Bohn, who was born and died on June 3, 2006. J.J. and Bradley made their parents and family extremely happy and proud during their short lives. During his six weeks, Bradley spent many joyous, healthy days with his family, and was working toward going home before an unexpected illness quickly took his life. The things that loved ones will remember about Bradley are his blue eyes exploring his world, how he loved to be snuggled, his feisty nature, and most of all, his amazing tenacity. J.J. and Bradley are survived by their parents, Bill and Susan Bohn; their grandparents Roger and Patty Kolar, Eddie and Carol Bohn, and Teri and Milton Melber; great grandparents Hattie Kolar and Steve Hudak; uncles Stephen, Anthony, and John Kolar; aunt Emily Kolar; and other family. They are preceded in death by great grandparents Ronald and Margaret Jane Baldwin, Eddie and Janet Bohn, Henry Kolar, Albin and Josephine Sulak, and Ann Hudak. A memorial service will be held at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 3125 N. Lamar, on Wednesday, September 6 at 3:00 p.m. The family expresses heartfelt gratitude to the staff of the Seton Medical Center mother/baby unit and neonatal intensive care unit, especially Beth West, Nicole Taylor, Amy Deriggi, Gunther Corteza, and Dr. Patrick Hodges. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the March of Dimes in honor of J.J. and Bradley at www.marchofdimes.com. Obituary and guestbook online at wcfish.com
