Carol spent many years being a part of her parents ministry helping move and set up new churches. She was a cosmologist for many years before going to nursing school which became her true calling. She worked in the ICU at Brackenridge Hospital and South Austin Medical Center for many years before transitioning to Hospice Care and then finally working with the Mary Lee Foundation before retiring in 2024.
She loved her kids, grandkids and great grandkids. She loved her sister, but most of all she loved her mama. She loved traveling, shopping and getting her nails done. She is survived by her twin sister, Cheryl Branham; sons Gary Eison Branham Jr., Stephen Paul Branham and daughter Darissa Cherie Nordmeyer, as well as multiple grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home, 6300 W William Cannon Dr. Austin, TX 78749 on June 16th from 5-7pm. Funeral Service will be held at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home on June 17th at 11am.
