Born in Elgin, Texas on March 19, 1942 to Ernest and Ida Kylberg. Survived by her Husband, Lloyd Storm; Sister, Barbara Fredrickson, and Brother, Lanny Kylberg. Known to her grandchildren, Kayleigh, Logan, Emily, and Anna as "Manga". Her Son, Quent and Wife, Katy Hanna and Daughter, Julia and Husband, Scott Evans have always known Carolyn as a loving mother and dear friend. She passed away peacefully on Friday, January 24, 2014.
We are grateful to the many doctors, nurses, therapists, and Hospice Team at St. David's Medical Center, St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center, and Longhorn Village who provided loving care and comfort to Carolyn in her last days.
