Carter Robert Couch, of Austin, Texas passed away on Tuesday, June 28, 2022.
A celebration of life for Carter will be held Saturday, July 2, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at UFCU Disch-Falk Field, 1300 Martin Luther King Blvd, Austin, Texas 78722.
