Chandra Ramchander

Chandra Ramchander, born in India on October 28, 1944, to Subramani Iyer and Krishnamal, passed away peacefully on December 29, 2024, in Austin, Texas, at the age of 80. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and a loving relative to her large family.

Chandra was married to Ramchander, son of Ganesan and Visalakshi, and together they built a beautiful life in Hyderabad, India. She was a devoted mother to her two sons, Rajesh and Raghu (Sanjay), who are married to Penelope and Jana, respectively. Her legacy continues through her five cherished grandchildren: Naitra, Neena, Nishan, Jai, and Kieran.

Chandra's life was marked by her devotion to her family and her deep spiritual quest. She was a central figure in our lives, inspiringly strong and beautiful, and an irreplaceable pillar of grace and generosity. Hers was a life well lived. Chandra’s memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
