He is survived by daughters, Donna McGowen, and Charlotte Kelly; son, Robert Hearn; grandson, Scott Kelly; granddaughters, Traci Underwood, Nikki Wilkerson, Samantha Hearn, and Deidre Hearn; and great-grandchildren, Joleigh and Gus Underwood; brothers, Jim Hearn and David Hearn; and sisters, Martha Swint, Charlene Speed and Barbara Dunn; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Charlie was a WWII veteran and those who wish should make contributions to the charity of their choice benefitting the VA and all veterans.
Per his wishes, he is being cremated and no services are planned.
