He was born on June 15, 1999, in Austin, TX where he grew up. Charles worked as an excavator for many companies.
Charles is preceded in death by his grandmothers, Shirley Owens and Yong Ok Dennerly. He is survived by his mother Jennifer Song Owens and father Kenneth Charles Owens, Sr., two brothers and a sister.
A visitation for Charles will be held Sunday, March 19, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 6300 West William Cannon Drive, Austin, TX 78749.
