Born on March 25, 2025, to parents Brittany and Ryan Hudson, Chloe arrived early at 33 weeks and 6 days following a sudden placental abruption. From her very first breath, she showed extraordinary strength and resilience. Despite the challenges of her early arrival, Chloe fought bravely, growing stronger with each passing day.
After several weeks in the NICU, we were given the precious gift of bringing her home. There she spent the rest of her days wrapped in the warmth, peace, and unwavering love of her family.
She was treasured beyond words and deeply adored by her older siblings—Noah, Claire, Nathan, and Nicholas—who lovingly nicknamed her “Chloe Woey.” In her short time on this earth, Chloe was showered in hugs, kisses, and the endless love of her siblings and family.
It is unfathomable that on May 6, 2025, our precious Chloe was called home to the arms of our Savior. In her absence, she took with her a piece of our hearts—one that can never be replaced and one we will long for forever. Yet even in our sorrow, we take comfort in knowing she is safe in the arms of Jesus.
She is survived by her parents, Ryan and Brittany Hudson; her siblings, Noah, Claire, Nathan, and Nicholas Hudson; her grandparents, Jaclyn and Jimmy Booth, and Scarlet and David Semple; her great-grandparents, Shelly and CB Lewis, and Danny Hooks; as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins who will carry her memory forever.
She joins in Heaven her older brother, Ryland Andrew Hudson; her aunt, Ashlee Annette Wilson; and her great-grandparents, Audrey Arleen Hooks and Birdie Fay Eskew.
Chloe’s life, though brief, left an imprint on everyone who had the joy of knowing her. Her life was a gift—a reminder of the fragility of time, the power of love, and the hope we find in God’s promise that we will see our baby girl again.
A private memorial service for friends and family will be held at Cook-Walden Forest Oaks on Friday, June 13, 2025, with CB Lewis presiding. Burial to follow at Cook-Walden Forest Oaks Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Chloe’s memory to The TEARS Foundation.
