
Ted,  I only knew Christina through the kid stories we exchanged back at Tandem in the 90's. Your love and devotion to her was so clear. I am so sad to hear of your loss. My deepest condolences.

I was in San Jose this week when I ran into Bill Bunton who told me the news Friday morning on my way back to Austin.  I was so shocked as Ted and I had just seen each other last weekend and had just discussed Christina's plans and how Katie had been doing so well.    This has been a very sad week for us as we also lost Jon Goodfleisch.     Lanie and I send our love and deepest sympathies.  Our prayers are with Christina and her family. I just want to tell you that my heart and my prayers go out to all of you.  I don't know your family and I didn't know Christina, but Christ has put it upon my heart to tell you He loves you and He weeps for you.  It is obvious that Christina was a very, very special child of God with so much life ahead of her.  I have no idea how she died, but it sounds like it was very sudden.  It is a parent's worse nightmare, one that begins the moment they discover they are going to be parents.  Take comfort in God's love and His omnipotence.  She is in His arms.
