Christopher Duane Corwin

December 5, 1965 – May 5, 2023

Christopher Duane Corwin, 57, of Kerrville, Texas, died at home on May 5, 2023. He was born in Dallas, Texas, and shortly thereafter moved to Austin and then to Buda where he graduated from Jack C. Hays High School. He attended Texas State University (formerly Southwest Texas), and later earned an Associate Degree in Computer Information Technology at Austin Community College, where he was employed as a Computer Support Specialist until he moved to Kerrville in 2018.

Chris is predeceased by his father, Arthur Duane Corwin, and his aunt and uncle Connie and Donald Rickard. He is survived by his mother, Candace Cook Corwin of Kerrville, Texas; his son, Derek Christopher Corwin of Lancaster, California; and his stepdaughter, Alli Elizabeth May of Palmdale, California, and her children. He is also survived by his aunt and uncle Diane and Cary Cook of Austin, Texas, and many cousins and friends.

Graveside services and interment will be at 2 p.m. on May 17, 2023 at Austin Memorial Park Cemetery, 2800 Hancock Drive. Donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
