Clarence Daniel Pruett Clarence Daniel Pruett, age 85, of Austin passed away July 15, 2003 at South Austin Hospital after a long term of illness. Clarence was a retired Minister of Music and Education for a number of Baptist Churches throughout Texas, New Mexico and Louisiana. He will be remembered for his outgoing personality, loving spirit and friendliness to everyone. He graduated from Bartlett High School, attended Baylor University, Mary Harden Baylor and Southwestern Theological Seminary. Survivors include his devoted wife, Mary Pruett of Austin; his son, Daniel Pruett of Austin; his grandson, Cody Pruett of Austin; and his mother Karmin Zonyk of Austin; his granddaughter, Julie Etta McAnear and her husband Donnie McAnear and their children, Landon, Layne, and Laiken, all of Glen Rose, Texas. The family will observe a private memorial.
