Claude Earl Senn, Jr.

Earl married the love of his life Marilyn Huitt on August 29, 1948 in Spartanburg, South Carolina. In 1964 Earl and his family moved to Austin, and later he began working for the University of Texas as a Brick Mason until his retirement in 1987. Earl was a 32nd Degree Mason and was member of St. John’s Lodge 333. He was also a member of the Scottish Rite. Earl will be remembered as a loving husband father and grandfather and will be dearly missed by everyone blessed to have known him.

Earl is preceded in death by his daughter, Sandra Senn Puryear; brother, Johnny; sister, Mary and his parents.

Earl is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Marilyn Senn; son, Steven Senn and wife Mary; grandchildren, Randy Senn and wife Sarah, Lindsey Senn, and Heather Rosen and other loving family members and friends.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 6, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home, 6300 W. William Cannon Dr.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home with Reverend Don Long officiating. Interment and Masonic Services will follow at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Memorial Park.
