Clint Hackney was such a good friend and the sad news of his untimely death is heartbreaking. I send condolences, hugs, and love to his family. Please know that I, and all his friends, share your grief. I'll keep you in my heart and my prayers.

Mary

I was SO Blessed to have Clint Hackney as a Friend for some 45+ years. When Clint came to the Texas House of Representatives, he made many, many Friends….. I was Blessed to be one of them. Anyone who knew Clint knew about that special twinkle in his eyes when he laughed.

Never to brag on himself, he gained the trust and respect of everyone he came in contact with. And because of that, he became a highly successful legislator and then a highly respected and successful lobbyist. One could always trust Clint, both professionally and personally. His word was his bond.

I, and many, will forever miss Clint…… but we will never forget him. Clint cannot be forgotten because of that special trust, laughter, and
friendship he brought to people. He leaves us physically, but he will never leave us spiritually. Wayne T Franke
