In loving memory of our Mother, Concepsion Ybarra Hernandez, who passed away on February 20, 2024. Concepsion was a loving Mother to Mary Jane (Freddy) Cisneros, Herlinda (George) Rosales, Patsy Cardenas, Willie (Shirley) Cardenas and Mike (Nina) Cardenas.
She was very proud of her family which icludes 24 Grandchildren, 54 Great Grandchildren and 12 Great Great Grandchildren.
Our Mother was a kind, caring and giving person who always put the needs of her family before her own. Concepsion was a strong woman who faced every challenge in life with courage and strength. Our Mother was a source of inspiration to us all and will be deeply missed by everyone whose lives she touched.
Growing up, Mom was always there for us. She was a woman of faith and instilled in us the importance of family, hard work and doing what is right. Our Mother was a great role model who we will always look up to.
Mom, you will always be in our hearts and never forgotten. We will forever cherish the good times.
We love you so much.
Rest in peace.
