Dan was born in Japan to Larry and Linda Hoffmann on 15 October 1958. He is a proud Aggie, an avid swimmer and bicyclist, and a musicophile with a special passion for Blues and Jazz. He was a manager with an information technology firm.
Dan is survived by his parents, Larry and Linda Hoffmann; his wife of 31 years, Patricia Hoffmann; his children, Andrew, Zachary and Kristina; his sister, Anna Hoffmann Rodgers and brother, Paul Hoffmann. In addition, Dan is remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins, in–laws and friends.
Memorial Service will be held at Weed-Corley–Fish, 411 RR 620 in Lakeway on Friday June 19 at 5 pm; Rev. Fr. Michael T. Hiller, presiding.
In lieu of flowers, the family has established a Dan Hoffmann Memorial Scholarship with the Lake Travis Education Foundation. Donations may be sent to LTEF, PO Box 340759, Austin, Texas 78734 with a memo line citing Dan Hoffmann.
