David Gene Jahn

David Jahn graduated from high school in 1950. He then joined the United States Air Force where he served proudly as S/Sgt. U. S. Air Force for 7 years. He married Barbara Rose Jahn on February 5, 1955. They were married for 43 years until she passed away.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Mildred Jahn, wife Barbara Jahn and two brothers Claude Jahn and John (Jack) Jahn.

He is survived by his son Michael Jahn, daughter Donna (Jahn) Fraser and husband Kevin, brother Robert Jahn and wife Shirley, and sister-in-law Jean Jahn, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held Monday, October 26, 2015 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm with funeral services on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Cook-Walden Funeral Home, 6100 N. Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78752.

Flowers are welcome but the family asks you to consider making donations, in memory of David Jahn, to a hospice of your choice.
