Diane Elizabeth Nelson, 60, of Garfield, Texas passed away of natural causes on Tuesday, September 26, 2007. She was born on December 11, 1946 in San Antonio, Texas. Diane was a 23 year employee of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department retiring in 2003. She was a dedicated member of the Texas Game Warden Association. She is survived by her husband, Larry; son, William; niece, Catherine Rasor; nephews, Don Gibson, Burle Sumrall. Memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, September 30, 2007 at Wilke-Clay-Fish Funeral Home.
