My precious sister, Doris,

I never thought I could miss anyone as much as I do you.  You have been gone only five days and my grief and pain are so very deep and intense that I don't think they will ever subside.  Our hearts seemed to beat as one to a cadence heard only by us, so very much alike, yet so very different.  Our tunes, that were both verse and rhythmic, were soothing and calming to both of us, until Saturday, January 23, 2016, when they were silenced with your final beautiful cadenza, in your very own unique style, you quietly slipped away.  Sleep well, my dear sister.  I love you.....

Father, I lift up to you the Adamson and Loveless family during the loss of their loved one. Father, keep the family united in Christ and let them celebrate life because Doris has come home to You. Comfort their hearts because and through the blood of our Lord Jesus. So thankful I got to spend Moms last day with her, holding her hands. Still soft as ever. Sure will miss you, Mom!

So glad I got to spend Moms last day with her holding her hands, they were just as soft as always.

I am going to miss our phone calls and the many, many years of just being close and getting upset together at things we thought were crazy and our disagreements on various items. Regardless of our disagreements there was always deep love for each other. I will never forget seeing Hank carrying Her down the hall on his shoulder.  I think it was 1946.I know She is with God and would not want to come back and I look forward to seeing Her again.

So sorry to hear. Know of our prayer all appreciate much grace and peace in the days ahead.
