Dorothy Frushay Reid

Dorothy Frushay Reid, 83, of Georgetown, Texas, passed away on February 12, 2026. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose warmth and love touched everyone who knew her.

Dorothy lived life with a vibrant spirit and a deep love for her family. Before dedicating herself fully to her home, she worked at Star Furniture where she became one of their top sales associates. She was known for her dedication, strong work ethic, and ability to connect with people. After marrying the love of her life, Mason Reid, she settled in living her best life by masons side .

Dorothy was preceded in death by her loving husband, Mason Reid, who passed away on September 28, 2024.

She is survived by her daughter Sheri Frushay her granddaughter, Jamie Martinez, and her husband Jesus Martinez and her five cherished great-grandchildren: Kasandra, James, Jesse, Mason, and Sebastian.

Dorothy was a devoted grandmother who made every holiday something special. She had a special gift for bringing family together and creating memories that will be treasured for generations. Her loving and caring nature, along with her joyful spirit and appreciation for life, made her the heart of her family.

Her legacy of love, strength, and devotion to family will live on through those who knew and loved her. Dorothy Frushay Reid will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
