Our Uncle Doug, Glad Paul & I made it to Texas for a too brief visit with you & Aunt Suzy, not too terribly long ago. Good memories of the Texas clan visits to us in Havertown, PA & Oxford, MD. Lengthy emails, Christmas news letters, pictures of Boy scout Jambories, Scottish kilts & my 2 handsome cousins & my beloved Aunt Suzy. Much Love, Beth, Paul, Melissa, Amy & Justin. 💜

I knew Mr Douglas MacLean for 6 yrs. He was a very great Man and was very Thoughtful soul. He used to tell me about his past life when he met his Dear Susie. He would talk of His pass position and different jobs he had worked at. He had such a gentle ,kind personality. He will surely be missed by me. He and Ms Susie were very dear to me . I pray that Ms Susie is okay and doing alright. God bless her during this time of the passing of her beloved husband Mr Douglas G. MacLean, “Papa” as I used to call him.
Rest In Peace , “Papa “

I remember Doug as an extremely droll and lovable guy. He was modest and understated, at least until the subject of Scouting came up! And always, a calm and unflappable force in contrast to the volatile Brighams.

I will miss him and send my condolences to Suzanne, Cameron, Doug Jr. and other family members.

It's been forever, well OK -- a long time, since I have seen my Aunt Suzy and Uncle Doug -- but I have always had them in mind (and my cousins). I'm sad to hear the news of my Uncle Doug's passing and I pray that Aunt Suzy, Cousin Doug and Cousin Cameron are holding up (and breaking out the tartan!) and celebrating the good times that they all have had.
