Elaine was a dear friend.  We had lots of fun on our many trips to Wimberly, Chappell Hill and Canton.  She will surely be missed and thought about often. Charles and family my thoughts are with you all.

I am so very sorry to hear of Elaine's passing.  I was out of the country and just returned Saturday and heard the news.  Elaine was on my Staff when I was Firefighter's Pension Commissioner.  She served the State of Texas and especially the Volunteer Firefighters throughout her twenty-five career with the Agency.  Not only was she a treasured and valuable employee, she was always a wonderful friend.  We had great times together, both professionally and personally.  Elaine, you will be missed. Thank you for your service as Administrator of the Statewide Volunteer Firefighters Pension Fund.

I was so shocked and saddened to hear of Elaine's passing.  She was one of the sweet ladies I met at AARP meetings and always sat with her and Donna. Elaine was always happy and smiling and will be so missed.  My prayers are with the family during this very difficult time. She was a jewel.

To know Elaine was to love her.  My thoughts today are with everyone there who mourns her tragic and untimely passing.  A true southern lady; a devoted sister, mother and grandmother, a most trusted confidante and friend, who possessed a heart as big as Texas and a sense of humor to match!  The elegance and style she always displayed were a model for us all.  May she remain forever in our hearts and our memories.

I am a neighbor of Elaine's and will miss our occasional visits.  She always talked about her grandson and how much she loved him.  Also, she was a wealth of information about anything garden-related and would share anything she knew.

It was truly a privilege to have known Elaine.  She was such a nice person and a lot of fun to be around.  Wimberley Market Days will never be the same without her! So sorry for your loss.

Such a dear friend -- so many years, so many memories.  Charles, Caden, Heather and family, you are in my thoughts and prayers.  We're all gonna miss her.

Elaine was the kindest neighbor one could have and spent many hour talking over the fence.  She will be greatly missed.

Elaine was a dear friend for a long time.  We worked together for many years and kept in touch after her retirement.  She was caring, funny, talented and wanted everyone to think she was tough as nails.  She left us much too soon and I will miss her always.

Elaine will definitely be missed because she was fun to be around, whether it was a birthday celebration, shopping, or hosting a yard sale.  I will truly miss her laughter and chatter.  Please accept my sympathy.

Elaine had a wicked sense of humor and a huge heart.  She will be missed greatly.
