She is preceded in death by her husband, Raul Salinas.
Elida is survived by her daughters, Mary Malagon, Judy Castillo, Deborah Riojas, Christine Ramos Del Rio; 22 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; brother, Jesse Villegas, Jr.
Wake Service will be held at 7:00 pm on Sunday, September 7, 2014 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 2620 South Congress Avenue. Funeral Service 10:00 am Monday, September 8, 2014 at Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
