In school, Estevan was always an A and B honor student. He also played the xylophone in the school band and once performed an extremely difficult piece that many of the other students could not play.
Estevan loved listening to music, spending time with family, fishing, gaming, watching movies, building legos, eating seafood, and riding roller coasters; he was fearless. Any time an event or holiday called for fireworks, Estevan always wanted the biggest explosives available. He had a love for all animals and would have owned an entire farm if he could. He dreamed of becoming a veterinarian and once placed 27th out of 300 in an FFA rabbit showing. He once caught a shark while fishing, which was one of his proudest achievements. He was also a huge fan of Star Wars and Stranger Things.
Growing up, Estevan shared countless special memories with his family and friends. His godmothers once threw him a surprise birthday party that completely caught him off-guard, and he loved that all of his family was there together and having a good time. Estevan also once attended a gaming convention, where he had the opportunity to meet other gamers and try out new games. Every time Estevan got a new video game, he would finish it within 3 days or less. He also made multiple trips with his family to Disney's Animal Kingdom and Universal Studios in Florida. Every chance the family had to get together for sharing laughs and conversation brought so much joy to him.
A visitation for Estevan will be held Thursday, May 26, 2022, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 6300 West William Cannon Drive, Austin, TX 78749. A graveside service will occur Friday, May 27, 2022, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, 6300 West William Cannon Drive, Austin, TX 78749. A celebration of life will occur Friday, May 27, 2022, from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at Southwest Christian Church, 10500 Old Manchaca Rd, Austin, TX 78748.
Serving as pallbearers are German Guerrero, Ben Alva, Joel Guerrero, Noel Guerrero, Samuel Ojeda, Manuel Rodriguez, Freddy Marquez, Julian Guerrero, Zeke Alva and Isidro Guerrero.
