Esther Moreno Morales, age 74, of Austin, passed away Thursday, February 26, 2004. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Robert T. Morales, Sr. Esther and her husband have 12 descendants. Their six children and their spouses are Robert Jr. and Roberta Morales, Connie and Vernon Tyler, Herb Morales, Sandra and Rick Zapata, John Morales, all of Austin, Hector and Debbie Morales, of Dallas. In addition, six grandchildren, Yvette Tyler, Jennifer Tyler, John Tyler, Justin Michael Morales, Jack-Ryan Zapata, and Miranda Esther Zapata. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will begin at 7:30 PM on Sunday, February 29, 2004, at Cristo Rey Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Monday, March 1, 2004, at Cristo Rey Catholic Church, 103 Robert Martinez @ E. 2nd St., Austin, with Father Larry Mattlingly officiating.
