Geneo spent many years as a broadcast engineer, as an independent contractor, with Sun Television, and VTE, and will be remembered by many as the one who brought them in and trained them for their careers. He was a pioneer in his field and developed technology that became state of the art.
While he was, admittedly, a workaholic, he also managed to carve out time for his other passions, sailing, playing the drums and riding his motorcycle. In retirement he spent many hours walking with his canine companion, Dakota, and was able to devote time to volunteering with animal welfare organizations.
Geneo was pre-deceased by his parents, Nathan and Lillian (Rosenberg) Warshawsky, and his brother, Robert Warshawsky. He is survived by his cherished wife, Kitty Sheeren Warshawsky, brothers and sisters in law, Arnie and Marc Warshawsky and Gale and Rebecca Warshawsky, his beloved canine companion, Dakota, and numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
