Eva was a devoted daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. She enjoyed caring for others, especially helping care for her grandchildren and cooking delicious meals for family gatherings and church potlucks. She found joy in spending time with her loved ones, especially her grandchildren, playing lotería, and creating beautiful memories together. She also took great pride in keeping her home clean and welcoming. She was devoted to her faith and a faithful member of the Church of God Seventh Day. Above all, she cherished her family, her faith, and life’s simple joys.
Eva was preceded in death by her daughter Herminia and Son-In-Lawn Arnulfo Esparza.
Eva leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving family, children; Jorge (Teresa) Vallejo, Florinda (Pedro) Martinez, Elizabeth (Jose Luis) Davila, Noemi Vallejo; 22 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren.
The family will host a Funeral Service for Eva on Friday, October 16, 2026, at Cook Walden Funeral Home, 6100 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX beginning at 11:00 AM. The Interment will immediately follow at Cook Walden – Memorial Hill, 13700 N Interstate Hwy 35, Pflugerville, TX.
