OBITUARY

Frances R. Euresti

August 5, 1941May 15, 2020

Frances Ramos Euresti of Austin, Texas was called to Heaven in the early hours of May 15, 2020 after a long bout with health complications. Born August 5, 1941, Frances was 78 years old. She was the daughter of Francisco and Herlinda Ramos who preceded her in death; along with her spouse, Jimmy Evans Euresti; her son, Jimmy Roger Euresti; and her siblings, Frank, Johnny, and Manuel Ramos.

Frances is survived by her children, Debbie (Michael) Esqueda, Lisa Gomez, and Jesse (Jennifer) Euresti; her stepdaughter, Mary Ellen (Rudy) De La Garza; her siblings, Jesse (Liz) Ramos, Josie (Apolinar) Alvarez, and Ernest Ramos; her grandchildren, Frances Marie Velazquez, Jessica Y. Castillo, Michael Esqueda, Rebecca (Chadd) Adams, Amanda (Alexis) Alvez, Jackie De La Garza, Danielle (Jonathan) Gomez, Joshua Carrillo and Jesse Jr. Euresti; and her nine great-grandchildren, Abran, Elias, Valeria, Maximus, Amaya, Alexis, Isabella, Jayce and Jackson.

Frances was born and raised in East Austin and spent the rest of her years in South Austin. Frances also supported her spouse with the growth of their business, Jim’s Moving Service, which served the Austin community for many years. She served the Austin community working with Austin ISD until she retired in 2009. She loved seeing the children progress through their primary school years and enjoyed being a part of their growth.

Frances had a love for shopping, loved her Dunkin Donuts coffee, enjoyed family traditions, and enjoyed spending time in the presence of the Lord at Faith Builders Worship Center. Frances will be greatly missed as she was greatly loved by her family, relatives, and close friends. As we remember Frances, we take to heart 1 Corinthians 13:13, “And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.” We love you Mom, Grandma, Wela we will uphold your wish for us to love each other. God bless you, and keep you safe!

I will remember her kindness, acceptance, smile and her laugh. I’ll remember having coffee and donuts and good conversation welcoming me into her home with her family. She gave me an angel clip to keep in my car. With a heartfelt embrace...
