We were so saddened to hear about Gary passing. He was such a great mentor to Russ. Even the boys have fun memories of Pipe at the Radio Shop. Thanks for sharing such a great guy with us and letting us be a part of such a wonderful life. Russ & Dee Dee Schoenberger

I will always cherish my childhood growing up around Gary through Dick and Jackie. Being able to hang around during KU games. Even though I wasn't family Gary had always made me and my brother Travis welcome. Thank you for all the memories.

So sorry to learn of Gary's passing. we were good friends in Jr. High & H.S. but lost track of each other as we all went off to the military. Met up with him again when he was at Helsberg in Topeka. I remember our poker games in H.S. and his great nightime job driving the water truck that water swept the down town streets. Good friend, nice guy.
