Gordon was born July 2, 1957 in Hobbs, New Mexico, the son of Bernie and Olga Lambert, and older brother to Carla Roarke.
The last 30 years in Austin, Tx, Gordon has been a prominent member of Leif Johnson Ford and the Ford family. He valued professional dedication and illustrated a strong work ethic.
Gordon was preceded in death by his mother, Olga Lambert, and soulmate, Rhonda McCalister. He is survived by his 3 children Courtney Messick, Lindsay Garcia, and Landon Lambert, and his 6 grandchildren Juliana Messick, Allie Garcia, Zeplynn Garcia, Ezra Messick, Asher Messick, Isabelle Lambert, and a soon to be grandson.
Gordon will be fondly remembered for his unique sense of humor and a quick-witted repartee that could crack a smile in almost any situation.
