Harold Owens Harold Owens joined his beloved wife, June, on August 14, 2007. He was a cherished father of three, grandfather of seven, and great-grandfather of 14. Harold served his country as a U.S. Marine from 1951 - 1953. Although retired from the University of Texas, Harold worked at Brentwood Christian School and Dell Diamond. Not only will Harold be missed by his family, but also by numerous friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, August 17, 2007 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 18, 2007 at Brentwood Oaks Church of Christ, 11908 N. Lamar. Burial will follow at Bateman Cemetery in Red Rock, Texas.
