Harvey Winkelmann, 63, passed away on Friday, September 4, 2015 in Austin, Texas. Harvey is survived by sons; Chad and Seth Winkelmann, along with their mother Diane and her mother Rose Coward Cooper. He is also survived by his brother, Larry Winkelmann; sister, Mary Ann Chelf; and many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, September 13, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. in the Chapel Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home.
