Helen was a delightful soul who warmed the hearts of all who met her. She had a razor sharp wit and a joyful outlook on life. Helen told it like it was...and most of the time, it was funny.
Helen is survived by her three daughters, Dee Ann Karlen, Deborah Dillon, Daryl Taylor, her beloved son-in-laws Joe A. Taylor and Dennis Dillon, and her seven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
She’s preceded in death by her husband of 35 years Winfield B Atwood of Ft. Worth, her brother Charles Reynolds of Boston, Massachusetts, her son-in-law Robert Karlen, and grandson Craig Karlen.
“You know, God is funny. I love to sing, but he didn’t give me a voice. We’ll talk about that when I see him.”
Say goodnight, Nana.
