Howie was born in Denver Colorado on December 04, 1955 and departed for the gates of heaven on September 27th, 2025 in Round Rock, Tx. He was surrounded by loved ones. Howie was oftened misunderstood. He would always like to make friends and meet new people. He would always introduce himself to people near him and then ask their names and start talking away. He loved being around people talking especially about music, sports and video games. He enjoyed going to sporting events and watching football and basketball on tv. He loved Mexican food, especially tamales and menudo. Howie retired from the State of Texas Health Department.
His faith was strong to the very end. He never turned down going to church or praying.
Howie had a difficult childhood until he became part of the Trevino family. He will be greatly missed.
