
My prayers are with you in your time of loss.  From the very first time I met her, she treated me as if I were family.  Even in the small amount of time I have spent around her, I could tell she  had a great love of life and an amazing amount of energy.



My sympathy for Mrs.Barnett and her family. My father and she were in 1933 class in TSD. Everytime I met her, she always smile that made me feel good. I feel like I have lost another family. God Speed



To the Barnett Family;    It has been an honor for me to be friend of your family and to know your wonderful parents. I remember all good things my father told us about your mother as they both were classmates of Class of '33. (You may already know that your mother was the last surviving classmate.) Your mother had always inspired my mother every time she saw your mother because my mother always enjoyed hearing many good things about my father from your mother. Both my parents were married for only 18 years when my father died at age 48. My mother has been widow for over 40 years. It is kinda lonely for her, but your mother made it different for my mother, which I appreciated. Both my parents respected and always had respect for your parents. Please accept my condolences on behalf of my mother and family.     You may remember my twin sister, Betty from old times. She died last year in March. She had stroke and heart attack short before she died of hemorrhage in brain. Especially me, I miss her sorely and still struggle, even though I know that she is in good hands of Lord as well as your mother is now. So, I know what you all are going through, but I can mostly guarantee you that God is and will be with you all the way and there for you when needed. You will be remembered in our daily prayer. Larry - Bobby - Charles,      Your mom was an outgoing woman who loved to travel and loved to talk with people.     I visited with her once and she fixed a hearty breakfast using her best china and I was so impressed.     She retired three times.  What a talented and awesome grandmother she was. She put me to shame. :)     I share your loss and yet it's a blessing to know your mom is safe  with Jesus. And one of these days, we will catch up with her.     In His love,      Lena



I have very fond memories of your dear mother, especially when she and I went together on train to Mexico eight years ago. She and I had a wonderful time together.

We, New Life Deaf Fellowship of Fort Worth, have missed Mildred's enthusiasm and excitement for the Lord!  While living in Fort Worth, she was faithful on Sundays and always came with a smile and excitement in her heart knowing that she was in the Lord's house.  I have enjoyed having the privilege of serving as Mildred's shepherd during her brief time in Fort Worth.  Our prayers for the family during this time of not only grief but celebration of Mildred's home going.



Mildred always lit up a room with her smile and personality.  I feel very fortunate to have known her, even though it was for a short time.   May the memories of happy times bring you comfort.



Just a note to let you know that I have your family in my thoughts and prayers at the present time.  My parents, Frank and Virginia Higgs, spent many summers stopping by for an afternoon visit before we continued on to Georgetown on our summer vacation.  I can remember all the lovely visits that we had and being able to sit outside and visit!!
