Jack will be deeply missed by all who knew him and his great strength, determinations and loving spirit.
He enjoyed collecting classic cars and family time. Jack was blessed with a large loving family who will never be able to fill the void left by his death.
He is survived by his sister, Lavonne McManus; daughters, Diane Holley, Sherry Rearick, and Lisa Kendrick and husband, Bill; son, James Holley and wife, Karen; 12 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m., Sunday, August 15, 2010 in the Chapel of Cook-Walden/Forest Oak Funeral Home. Entombment will follow in the Mausoleum of Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Memorial Park.
