Jackie Partlow

Queta Jacqueline “Jackie” Hull Partlow went home to be with the Lord on October 18, 2023 at the age of 92. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robby Partlow, brother, Dale Hull, sister, Nell Dubose, and brother-in-law, A.W. “Joe” Dubose. She is survived by her daughter, Jana Partlow Dawes and husband Zack, grandchildren, Zach Dawes Jr. and wife Peyton, Adam Dawes and wife Connie, Natalie Dawes and fiancé Daniel Anderson; great grandsons, William Dawes and Jack Dawes; siblings, John Hull and wife Shirley, and Jim Hull and wife Gaye, along with nieces and nephews who were very special to her.

Jackie was born on June 17, 1931 to "A.T." and Johnnie Hull in Copperas Cove, Texas. She worked at her father’s store along with her sister and brothers, before graduating from Copperas Cove High School. Jackie worked at the Austin Police Department for a number of years. While working in Austin she met the love of her life, Robby Partlow of Georgetown with whom she was married for 45 years until his death in 1998.

Upon the birth of their daughter, Jana, in July of 1957, Jackie became a fulltime mother and housewife. She would later become a devoted and faithful volunteer at Seton Hospital serving in the gift shop and other capacities. Jackie was a woman of great faith and trusted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. She taught children in Sunday School at Hyde Park Baptist Church for many years and later was a charter member of Austin Baptist Church which she loved dearly and at which she remained active and supportive until her death. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Austin Baptist Church.

A graveside service for Jackie will be held Monday, October 23, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Austin Memorial Park, 2800 Hancock Dr., Austin, TX 78731.
