As a young child, her family moved to Richardson, Texas, and later to Austin, where she spent her formative years and graduated from Anderson High School. She built a long and successful career in customer service, working in call centers for retail, resort planning, and insurance sales, and earned many accolades along the way.
In the last decade of her life, Jackie pursued CNA training and devoted her nurturing spirit to caring for the elderly and infirm. She also brought her sense of humor to her work, helping lift the spirits of the patients she served.

For those who knew and loved her, there is comfort in believing she is now at home with the Lord and reunited with her loved ones. May she rest in peace.
