James Edward Green

James graduated from Enterprise High School and later attended Alabama State University. James also attended Durham Business College, where he received a certificate in business. James started his career in the Water Industry as a dual certified licensed water technician, where he worked for the City of Austin for over twenty years. James recently retired.

James loved and adored his wife, Lisa Green, his children Bryan, Kenny, and Eric Green; grandchild Tianna, Isaiah, Alex; step-grandchildren; Brandon and Brianna; step grandchildren; Damari and Bakari. James loved his siblings, Fernando, Chuck, Reggie, and Teresa Green, and would always stay in touch with them. James also remained in contact with two of his closest friends; Buck and Al Whitehurst. Let’s not forget his love for his Dallas Cowboys, winning or losing he loved them.

James was very committed to his job, though at times he faced workplace discrimination, he never let this stop him from climbing the ladder on his job.

James loves deeply and always wanted to make others happy. James was very spontaneous, so he would often show love through his random barbeques, fish fry’s, football gatherings, always willing to share a glass of his favorite red wine.
