James Francis Prue, 82 of Austin, Texas passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2026. Jim loved to play cribbage with his coworkers; he enjoyed going to Vegas and loved to travel. He had the privilege to go on an honor flight in October 2024.
James is preceded in death by his father, Francis Prue; mother, Dorothy Buequette; and sisters, Connie Goodwin and Carol Carruthers.
He is survived by his wife Gladys Bennett.
