James Samuel Swartz

Age 69 was born October 20, 1946 in Hart, Michigan passed away on Saturday April 9, 2016 in Leander, Texas where he lived with his family for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents Harry DeForest Swartz, Famie Swartz, his Brother John Swartz and Brother in law Willie Brewer.

He is survived by his wife Mollie Swartz 48 Years of marriage, Daughter Angela Swartz, Daughter Jennifer and her husband Gene Swartz, Daughter Lisa and her husband Ezzie Harrison. Grandchildren Katie Harrison, Shasta Eddington and her husband Henry Eddington, Frank Bailey and his wife Millie Bailey, Starla Bailey, Roman Swartz, Paris Swartz, Priscilla Carroll, Noah Carroll, Chloe Harrison and Jerzey Harrison. Great Grandchildren Romeo Ward, Vince Ward, Rocco Ward and Barbie Lovell. Sister Fay Williams and her husband Gene Williams and Brother Matt Swartz and his Wife Terry Swartz also Sister in law Anita Cooper with numerous Nieces and Nephews. He is loved and missed by friends and family too many to number. He had an infectious smile, wit and humor. He was a devoted husband and father who always went above and beyond for his girls and grandchildren.

His services will be at Cook Walden Chapel of the Hills funeral home. Viewing Tuesday April 12, 2016, 2:30 to 11:00 p.m., Wednesday 8:00 a.m to 11:00 p.m with service Thursday April 14, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. Officiated by Pastor Ned Smith. Interment will follow at Cedar Park Cemetery.
