Mom loved bowling and fishing and she was an accomplished, self-taught seamstress. She made her niece Serena’s wedding dress, numerous prom dresses and Halloween costumes for her grandson Micheal.
She is predeceased by her mother Helen Ruth Wood Boren, her husband David Lyndsey Palmer and her true partners-in-crime her brothers Jesse and James Boren.
She is survived by her son David Ross Palmer, daughters Janet Lynn Palmer McElreath and Clarissa Sue Palmer Hooge, grandsons Micheal Weston McElreath and Samuel Kent Hooge.
Viewing will be at 9:00 AM on Sunday, June 11, 2020 at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home, 6300 W. William Cannon Dr. in Austin. Funeral service to begin at 10:00 AM.
