Jennie V. Butler

She married the love of her life, Robert Marvin Butler on the 31st of December 1945 in Georgetown, Texas. Jennie was a member of Gateway Baptist Church. She worked for the Austin State School for 26 years before her retirement.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert M. Butler and daughter, Sharon Ann Butler of Austin.

Surviving Jennie are her sons, Larry Marvin Butler and his wife, Marilyn of Austin, and Roger Dale Butler of Leander; 3 grandchildren Aaron, Kevin and Stacy all of Austin and 3 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Gateway Baptist Church.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from six o’clock in the evening until eight o’clock in the evening, Wednesday, the 10th of August at Cook-Walden Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be conducted at half-past nine o’clock in the morning, Thursday, the 11th of August at Cook-Walden Capital Parks, Pflugerville.
