So shocked and saddened to hear of such a wonderful person leaving us too soon. You will be missed, Jeremy. Peace to Deb, the Rankin and Guerrero families. 

May God bless Jeremy and his family.  I will miss talking with you at work and hearing from you.  You were a valued staff member and DPS will miss you tremendously.  I loved working with you in the Operations System Support.  It has been a privilege and honor knowing and working with you.  Rest in peace sweet man.

Thanks for sharing Jeremy with us and allowing him to become like family to us at the Service Desk. I am going to miss our daily chats and him always checking on me and always making sure I didn't need help and me being able to vent some days. My best memories at the Service Desk were when I first started him and his wife Deb was one of the first people I met. Deb would come and eat lunch with him and they seen there were days I didn't have much for lunch so one day they asked me if I wanted some of their meals they had there, I felt bad taking their meals they were bringing but they assured me it was ok. From then on out I enjoyed talking to them every time Deb came to eat lunch and I felt I was interrupting their lunch because I enjoyed talking to them so much. When we got sent home to work permanently every day I always told Jeremy I missed seeing him and Deb because both had such a caring heart it seemed and was so nice. Jeremy had this thing he would do every day and send me a positive quote and a word of the day that would be a word I probably never heard of and it would have the different meanings, how to pronounce, how it was used in different languages and I would stive to use it in a sentence. He also had a favorite movie so he would send dude to see if I would remember to type sweet or he would mix it up and send sweet to see if I remembered dude. Still to this day it is hard to think about him actually being gone, don't think it has really set in with our team. Jeremy had a way of talking to all users that called in and would easily have good conversations and he had a knowledge about alot of things, I learned from him. One lesson Jeremy taught me the most is no matter what you are going through, whether it be your own health or other things in life, always take the time out to say hello and check on others. I was blessed to have him as a tech and what I considered a friend to do that on jabber every day no matter how bad he felt or how busy we were. 

Deb, I am so very sorry for your loss, my prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time. Please let me know if there is anything I can do. We have informed J.D, John and Cherish.

My most extreme and heart felt condolences.   When fist met him he was very lively joking and playful.  Also full of questions which I never got tired of trying to answer.  He was like my nephew and he and my son and daughter got along great.  I felt his making the journey like he was one of my own ant just a nephew.  My children took it hard at his making the journey.  He will be most heartily missed.  It was my honor and pleasure to have gotten to know him and his family.  My condolences to all and nany blessings to all. 

Jeremy was one person I expected to hear from daily when I logged onto work. I knew I would get some quote or a definition of a word to better ourselves. We would occasionally get into quote wars and would share hot sauces, coffees or recipes from YouTube with each other. When I needed new music he would give me some new obscure band to listen to. It was one way we pushed through the monotonous work day. He was a great friend. Even when I got too busy some days to talk he understood but never stopped trying. I will miss him very much.

I met Jeremy through his wife Deb after starting at DPS. I wasn’t prepared for the absolute gem of a person I got to meet and have conversations with on just about any topic. 

He was so awesome and wonderful and I can only hope Deb and the rest of his family know that he had such a positive impact on people he knew and met. 

I’m going to miss him.
