He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Joe T. Cortinas and Julia R. Cortinas.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his cousin/caretaker Paul O. Cortinas, Sylvia Muraida, Gilbert "Rocky" Diaz, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Joe was employed at St. David's Hospital on 32nd St. for many years, where he worked alongside his father.
Joe was a happy go lucky guy who never met a stranger. He loved to dance, but most importantly he was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.
Joe will be truly missed by all who knew him and loved him. Rest in peace carrajo!
