Joe is survived by his daughters; Michelle Moheet, her husband Perwez, and Rosemarie Rivera-Ramirez and his sons; Rene Rivera, his wife Penny, Phillip Rivera, and Ralph Rivera, his wife Kimberly. Joe is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and a brother, Augustin Rivera.
Visitation will be held Thursday, December 7, 2017 from 6:00 – 7:00 pm, at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 2620 South Congress, with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm. Memorial service will be celebrated on Friday, December 8, 2017 at 10:00 am at Weed-Corley-Fish Chapel.
